EMC has been our cleaner since May 2021. She cleans our 3-bedroom terraced house for 2 hours each week.

She is punctual and keeps us well informed of any problems, such as running low on cleaning materials, and if for some reason she needs to adjust cleaning times or arrange cover, she lets us know well in advance.

From the start, Evie was keen to understand what we needed cleaning and followed this up regularly by asking for feedback to ensure she met our requirements, which she does.

From our experience, Evie has proven to be hardworking, reliable, and honest.

I was lucky enough to be given Evie's number after my partner had to go into the hospital for an operation. She did a lovely job of cleaning and tidying the house. I will miss her, but I will know who to call should I ever need my home taken care of again.

Hiring EMC Cleaning was the best thing I did this year. The standard of cleaning is high; they have so far been very punctual, coupled with great levels of communication. They come once a week with a key I supplied them, and as I am absent when they arrive, I trust them completely based on the professionalism and integrity they showed upon our first meeting.
