A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in a few months or for homes in a bad condition. This allows your cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. Deep cleaning tackles stubborn buildup, grease, and grime, making it more demanding and time-consuming. This is recommended for all new customers as it brings the home up to our amazing professional standards that your cleaners can then maintain for a lower price on a recurring service.
Yes, your cleaners can bring all the supplies that are needed. If you want your cleaners to use your products, then please make a note of that in your booking.
For full house cleanings, we typically work per hour and charge a basic rate from £18.75 PH
We also offer fixed pricing on a high number of services like oven cleaning and laundry per load.
Aswell as paying by cash we also accept all major credit and debit cards.
We typically take the payment at the end of our service from either cash or card using our our card machine. Some clients like to set up a direct debit as they find this easier or they are not at the property at the time of the squelduled clean.
yes we do, there is a list of services we provide on our services page. There is a number of additinal servises we can help with so just ask.
That is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning. (most favrible option)
2. You can give us a key to hold which we keep in a lock box untill the time of use. (our favirute)
3. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning. (dont recomend)
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a minumum £18.75p charge.
If it is cancelled after the cleaners have already arrived then the appointment is subject to full charge of the original price to compensate the cleaners for holding your booking in their schedule.
For same day or next day bookings you can cancel or reschedule for free within 2 hours after you make your booking.
